To create awareness and engage the most experienced nursing talent, Tenet Health engages the industry leader in personalized recruitment marketing. Tenet Health is an industry-leading network including 80 hospitals and more than 200 outpatient centers across the country. Four of their hospitals in the Dallas-Forth Worth area – Centennial Medical Center, Doctors Hospital at White Rock Lake, Lake Pointe Medical Center and Texas Regional Medical Center had significant needs for experienced registered nurses across several departments. To create awareness and engage the experienced local talent pool, they decided to host a job fair and invite only the experienced nurses residing within a 30 minute commute of each of the 4 hospitals. The recruitment team had a real challenge on their hands: How to identify the most experienced nurses in the Dallas-Forth area and deliver an engaging message that would compel them to take action and register for the event. The results of this campaign were quite impressive, and the 4 hospitals anticipate hiring over 30 experienced registered nurses.
